Larry is a 30-year law enforcement veteran, who has served as the Traffic Commissioner for the City of Cleveland Police Department. He is also a Retired Lieutenant Colonel, in the US Army Military Police, is a 24-year veteran USARNG. He is a Trustee of the Cleveland Police Historical Society and has served on the Executive Board as the Secretary, and currently serves as President of the Board.
