Is a graduate of Lakewood High School class of 1983.  He also earned a BA in Business Administration for Mount Vernon College in 1987.  He graduated from the Cleveland Police Academy in 1993; He remained on the Cleveland Police Force until September 2000.  Since leaving the Cleveland Police Department he has been on the Bedford Heights Police Department and in April 2004 he was promoted to Sergeant.
